Returns & Exchanges
Because our merchandise is printed on demand, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@bourbonlegendband.com and include your order details and a photo of the issue.

Non-returnable items:
• Printed-on-demand products ordered in the wrong size
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Discounted or promotional items

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
If the address provided at checkout was incorrect, replacements may require additional payment.

Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product is returned or the issue is confirmed.
